As the founder of Insight Bridge Marketing, I help medical device companies turn early-stage technologies into commercially viable products by bringing clarity to complex portfolio and go-to-market decisions.
With 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and product management, I have helped multiple med tech companies during the critical early phases of product planning — building business cases, defining target markets, and developing multi-year portfolio roadmaps that guide investment decisions before significant resources are committed. My work has supported product development and commercialization within both large strategic organizations and small privately funded start-ups, helping teams align around the right markets, the right customers, and the right timing.
Previously, I’ve held leadership roles at Medtronic, where I served as Director of Portfolio Strategy, and at SPR Therapeutics, where I led Product Marketing and Professional Education. I have built and led teams supporting early-stage innovation and have overseen products from initial concept through launch planning and early tactical execution. Products I have managed have a track record of exceeding launch and revenue projections, and delivering sustainable growth over time.
